Our pre-engagement comes with free 40 hours of technical evaluation for the technical staffing engagement to develop a strategy if you don't already have one. During the pre-engagement, you will work with the Principal Consultant from our management team who will be a decision-maker from Scalar Solutions, and a Technical SME and Domain SME (if required) who will be chosen based on the technology you would like to discuss. Once the requirement is understood and strategy is developed one of the Engagement models will be chosen to proceed further.
